We will work on your organization to identify new ways of working (practices, norms, responsibilities, operating and mgmt processes) to help you "mine the gold" in your organization, improve productivity and achieve high performance.  
 
Diagnosis:  Together with your key employees and stakeholders we will make assessments of the critical organizational elements of strategy, structure, people, practices, processes and measures, all of which must be aligned for success.   We will detail changes required for future success in each element, and develop plan for helping the people in your organization make and sustain those changes.  

Designing the Organization of the Future:  During this phase we will look forward at your changing environment and translate future needs into how the roles in your organization need to evolve for you to achieve competitive advantage.  We will identify the key roles and relationships required for your organization's success.  Using our proprietary  "Design of a Role" process we will help you develop the key accountabilities for each role in your organization, specify what is different from today, and define the behaviors, values and talents each job requires for success.  

Building a Lean Organization.  The biggest source of waste in organizations is the waste of people's skills, talents, time and intellect. Managing Commitments: The quality of the commitments, requests and promises leaders, managers, peers and employees make to each other and to customers, stakeholders and suppliers is critical to their success.  It impacts personal productivity, the measure of accountability within the organization, and the trust and credibility granted to the organization by customers.  We work with your employees to achieve a paradigm shift in the commitments they make to themselves and others.  We share simple, practical new practices for organizing commitments, and making "good" requests of each other as a team for a step up in collaboration and effective teamwork.
