Lloyd Wilky helps companies focus more time, energy and money on core business activities by reducing the drag of non-core processes and services. His help extends well beyond just lowering cost to improving process quality and enhancing customer experience.

Lloyd has held VP-level roles leading global business processes at Honeywell and Merck. These business processes were transaction-based or expertise services that can typically be leveraged to advantageously support global enterprise strategies for HR, Finance, Procurement and IT and gain superior returns on SAP or Oracle ERP installations.  In these roles, he consistently produced significant cost reductions while simultaneously improving process performance and customer satisfaction.

An executive with more than 25 years experience in finance and human resources, Lloyd has also produced significant business results in various strategic corporate assignments and key line leadership roles in the Aerospace and Specialty Materials business units of Allied Signal. In addition, he has significant experience both as a customer and provider of business process outsourcing. This experience helps him make better assessments of the possibilities for outsourcing and understand the trade-offs and leadership required to make the arrangements successful.

Lloyd holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Specialization from Arizona State University. He is a graduate of The Business Professional’s Course of The Aji Network and continues in their Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Accumulation of Power program.  He also holds the Certified Management Accountant Designation from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants.
