Our SMART Hiring process works to reduce the Cost of Bad Hiring Decisions which can cost from 8 to 15 times salary.  It is based on a Six Sigma approach for attracting and finding the best talent, which reduces the most common defects in the staffing process:

What is the New-Hire System?

 

NewHireTM Candidate Management Software is a web-based application designed to help employers identify top talent quickly. It makes use of three strategies to achieve this goal:

  1. 1  NewHire manages candidate information generated from all candidate sources, including advertising (web-based job boards, newspapers, etc.) and resume database searches.

  2. 2  NewHire optimizes candidate screening by allowing creation of a customized pre-employment application for each job opening. NewHire’s search function isolates candidates whose responses to customized questions meet your ideal qualifications.

  3. 3  NewHire allows shared access to the candidate pool, promoting collaboration among stakeholders.

Three kinds of users access NewHire:

  1. Job seekers are directed to NewHire pre-employment applications when they respond to classified advertisements on job sites like CareerBuilder and Monster. Job seekers do not need usernames or passwords to access NewHire.

  2. NewHire clients receive a NewHire account that allows access to applicant and job information for the position(s) they seek to fill. Each client receives a unique username and password.

  3. Your SMART Hiring Consulting team hasr access to all of your accounts to monitor and guide you through the process.
